Bahia de los Angeles is located approximately mid-way down the Baja California peninsula on the Sea of Cortez. It started out as a small fishing village, and also attracted people to the area because of mining done there in the past. The area of Los Flores, directly South of town has old remnants of this era, including tailings, and small rock buildings. The Diaz, Daggett, and Smith families are some of the originals who settled in Bahia...

Extra Fuel cans can be brought into Mexico if they are EMPTY.
Bringing guns or ammo accross is a huge no-no, and you should expect jail time in Mexico if you break this law. Switchblade knives or blades over 8" are also prohibited.
(Marijuana, Marijuana Extracts, Heroin, etc...) Another huge no-no and jailtime if you are caught.
If you bring a speargun for fishing underwater, make sure it is the band type; compressed air spearguns are not allowed.
